Survey Results Show Housing Market Expansion and Agent Optimism

In January 2025, The Real Brokerage Inc. released its Agent Survey, revealing early signs of housing market expansion and increased agent optimism. The Transaction Growth Index, measuring year-over-year changes in home sales, rose to 51.3, indicating growth for the first time in nearly three years. The Agent Optimism Index held strong at 74.0, with nearly half of agents planning to increase their marketing budgets in 2025.
