A 7-day lead-gen checklist for serious Realtors. Unlock it with 1 referral.
Get. More. Leads. — one week at a time.
This is your referral reward: a practical 7-day lead-gen checklist. Print it, copy it into your notes app, or run it as written. Lead Generation TIPS, TOOLS, & TRENDS. For serious Realtors only.
How to use it: Do the day. Check the box. Do not skip ahead. Consistency beats a perfect plan you never start.
Day 1 — Audit your pipeline
List every open lead from the last 30 days. Mark: hot / warm / cold. Delete or archive anything you will never follow up. Write the next action next to each hot lead.
Day 2 — Fix your primary CTA
Open your website or main landing page. Is there one clear offer (home valuation, buyer guide, listing consult)? If not, pick one. Rewrite the headline to promise a result, not a biography.
Day 3 — Sphere touch
Send 10 personal check-ins (text or email) to past clients or sphere. No pitch. One useful market note + one question: “Anyone you know buying or selling this season?”
Day 4 — Capture path
Confirm every lead source dumps into one place (CRM or inbox). Test one form yourself. Fix broken redirects, missing thank-you pages, or unanswered auto-replies.
Day 5 — Follow-up sequence
Write (or tighten) a 5-touch follow-up for new inquiries: Day 0 thank-you, Day 1 value, Day 3 proof, Day 7 check-in, Day 14 soft close. Keep each under 120 words.
Day 6 — One content asset
Publish one useful piece: a short market update, a listing tip carousel, or a buyer FAQ. Point it at your Day 2 CTA. Measure clicks, not vanity likes.
Day 7 — Score and schedule
Count: new conversations started, forms completed, appointments booked. Pick next week’s single bottleneck (capture, follow-up, or offer) and block 90 minutes for it on your calendar.
Keep going: The free Lead Engine Scorecard is always open if you want a fuller diagnosis. Friday REMU keeps the tips coming.
